[Translate to English:] ZSO

ZSO is a medium-sized company operating in the machining metal industry. The main competences are in the areas of milling, turning, grinding, and the assembly of component groups.

It produces components and completely assembled component groups for machine and plant construction, the automotive area, and the commercial vehicle industry.

Working as a niche supplier, the company is especially well-suited to manufacture medium batch sizes. Approximately 50 CNC machine tools make up the modern machinery on a production area of about 3,700m2, thus guarantying customers the highest degree of precision.

In recent years, ZSO has focused on its core competences and consistently expanded them. The machining specialist offers turning, milling, grinding, and assembly services. Crack-testing of components is as much part of the standard services as are 3D measurements of the products. All necessary heat treatment, surface coating, special machining, complex deburring tasks, or other parts processing is carried out in close cooperation with competent and proven sub-contractors.

The focus every day is on highest quality, deadline and delivery reliability, and the continuous improvement of the processes. As a company certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, all national and internal standards and norms are observed and documented. Located in the Bavarian health resort and vacation destination of Oberstaufen in the Allgäu region, the company is actively promoting the preservation of resources and environmental protection.
